About the PK XD Creators Program

PK XD Creators is a support program for PK XD content creators on social media. Creators on channels such as YouTube, Instagram and TikTok can join the Program, as long as they have the required number of subscribers and/or followers according to the Program's rules. ‍Byjoining the Program, the content creator joins the global community of content creators, receives exclusive news, earns in-game benefits and receives support from the team to improve the quality of their videos.

To continue in the Program, the creator needs to produce content about PK XD and publish it on their channel frequently. Creators who haven't posted about the game for more than 60 (sixty) days or who have broken any rule of the Code of Conduct for Creators or even the rules of the game may be removed from the Program without prior notice. In the event of inactivity, there is always the possibility of resuming the partnership.

Information we collect from creators

When you join the PK XD Creators Program, we need to collect some data to accompany the publication of the PK XD videos. The information collected and analyzed by the team is: 

What we use this information for

We use your information for the following purposes:

- Identify Creators with frequent production and videos with good results in order to reward them appropriately.
- Contact Creators to notify them of news or report problems.
- Identify channels that do not create content at the stipulated frequency and classify them as inactive, excluding them from the Program.
- Segment levels within the Program in order to offer benefits according to the commitment of each Creator and the number of views of the videos.

How we store this information

From the moment the Creator joins the Program, we start storing the information mentioned above. It will be constantly updated and stored for the duration of the Creator's stay in the Program. If you leave the Program, the information collected during your stay will be kept for up to two (2) years, but no new data will be collected.

Afterverse takes technical, administrative and organizational measures to protect Creators' data from loss, unauthorized use or other abuse. Data is stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public.

Afterverse strives to protect the Creators' data it maintains in its records. We maintain procedural, technical and physical safeguards that help us prevent the loss, misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of data provided by Creators. However, no data transmission via the Internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. It is possible that third parties, unaffiliated with Afterverse and not under our control, intercept or gain access to transmissions or data in an illegal manner. Therefore, as it is not possible to guarantee the complete security of data transmitted to our website or App, we ask for your cooperation in helping us to maintain a safe environment for everyone. In addition to adopting good security practices in relation to your account and data, please be careful and attentive to the form of transmission and the choice of personal data that is shared with us.

What are your rights as a data subject and how to exercise them?

Creators have rights regarding the privacy and protection of their Personal Data. Afterverse is concerned about the security of this personal data and that its users have access to and knowledge of all the rights relating to the processing of their personal data.

In this regard, below is a brief explanation and examples of some of these rights, which can be exercised by the Creator themselves or by their parent or legal representative:

‍Requestfor confirmation of the existence of processing: this right allows the Creator to request and receive confirmation of the existence of processing of their personal data.

‍Requestfor access to Personal Data: this right allows the Creator to request and receive a copy of the personal data processed by Afterverse. For your privacy and security, we will take reasonable measures to verify your identity, such as requiring you to log in before we grant you access to your personal data.

‍Requestfor correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data: this right allows the Creator, at any time, to request the correction and/or rectification of personal data, if he/she identifies that some of them are incorrect. However, in order to carry out this correction, Afterverse will need to check the validity of the personal data provided.

‍Requestfor anonymization, blocking or deletion of Personal Data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed in breach of the law: this right allows you to request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of personal data from Afterverse's database. All personal data collected will be anonymized, blocked or deleted from the servers when so requested or when they are no longer necessary or relevant for participation in the Program, unless there is any other reason for maintaining them, such as the possible need to retain personal data to comply with a legal obligation to protect Afterverse's rights.

‍Requestportability: Afterverse allows Creator or third parties appointed by it to obtain access to personal data processed by Afterverse in a structured and interoperable format.

‍Rightnot to provide or revoke consent at any time: Creator has the right not to provide or revoke its consent, however, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing previously carried out on the basis of the consent provided. If the Creator does not provide or revokes their consent, Afterverse may not be able to allow them to participate in the Program. If this is the case, Afterverse will inform Creator when this occurs, for clarification purposes for informed decision making.

‍Rightto review automated decisions: Creator also has the right to request a review of decisions made solely on the basis of automated processing of Personal Data that affect his/her interests. Today, Afterverse does not make any decisions that are exclusively automated.

‍Right to object to certainprocessing of Personal Data: the Creator also has the right to object to certain processing purposes. In some cases, Afterverse can demonstrate that it has legitimate reasons for processing the data, which override the Creator's rights. For example: if the personal data is essential for the continuity of the Program.

It may be necessary to request specific information from Creator, or their parent or legal representative, to confirm their identity and ensure their right to access their personal data (or to exercise their other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that data is not disclosed to anyone who has no right to receive it.

Afterverse will try to respond to all legitimate requests within 15 (fifteen) working days. Occasionally, it may take longer than fifteen (15) working days if the request is particularly complex or if the Creator has made several requests. In this case, we will notify the Creator and keep him/her updated on the progress of the request.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

As Afterverse is always looking to improve its services, this Privacy Policy may be updated. Therefore, we recommend that the Creator periodically visits this page to be aware of any changes. If material changes are made that require a new consent from Creator or his/her parent or legal representative, we will post that update and request a new consent.
